Maison JM currently ships within Canada and to the 50 United States. We do not offer local pickup or ship to PO boxes.

• Canada: $13 CAD per order
• United States: $20 CAD per order

Canadian territories: $33 CAD per order. Alaska and Hawaii: $40 CAD per order. Large, heavy or unusually fragile pieces may also have an additional handling charge. Any additional charge will be clearly shown before checkout.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and Québec statutory holidays are not business days.

All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, weather and customs delays can happen outside our control. Orders of $250 CAD or more require a signature at delivery.

For United States orders, Maison JM covers applicable import duties and brokerage fees. Customers remain responsible for sales tax charged at checkout. All website prices are shown and processed in Canadian dollars.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email hello@maisonjmhome.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no new damage or signs of use. Reuse the original protective packaging when possible and pack the item securely.

Maison JM will provide a tracked return shipping label. The cost of that label will be deducted from the item refund. The original shipping charge is not refundable for a regular return. After the label is provided, the package must be given to the carrier within 7 calendar days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Maison JM offers refunds only and does not offer exchanges.

If an item is damaged during return shipping because it was not packed securely, Maison JM may reduce or refuse the refund based on the loss in value, where legally permitted.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Maison JM is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is refused or not collected, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. These costs will be deducted from the item refund.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, email us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item, the shipping box, the internal packaging and the shipping label.

Keep the item and all original packaging until Maison JM confirms that the claim has been resolved. A damaged or incorrect order qualifies for a full refund, including the original shipping charge.

Vintage and antique objects have already lived a life. Patina, tarnish, light scratches, crazing, surface wear and other disclosed signs of age are part of their character and are not considered shipping damage.

Photographs form part of every item description. Please review all images before purchasing. Measurements are approximate because vintage pieces can be irregular. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

When a maker, material or date cannot be confirmed with certainty, the listing may use terms such as “attributed to,” “believed to be” or “circa.”

Vintage pieces are sold for decorative use unless the individual listing specifically confirms that they are suitable for food, drink, heat or burning.

Unless a listing says otherwise, gently hand-clean vintage pieces. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves and harsh cleaning products.

Nothing in these policies limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
