Maison JM is an online vintage homeware shop based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada. Questions may be sent to hello@maisonjmhome.com.

Most Maison JM pieces are vintage, antique or previously owned. Signs of age, patina, scratches, wear, variations and minor imperfections are expected and are part of each item’s history. We describe and photograph condition as accurately as reasonably possible. Please review all photographs, measurements and condition notes before purchasing. Colours and scale may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Dates, makers and origins are identified from available marks, research and professional judgment. Unless expressly stated as authenticated or certified, these details are presented in good faith and may be approximate.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you submit your order. Customers outside Canada may also be responsible for customs duties, brokerage charges or import taxes imposed by their destination.

Vintage pieces are generally one of a kind. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable, is listed with a material error or cannot be fulfilled, Maison JM may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may take reasonable steps to verify an order or decline a transaction when fraud, unauthorized payment or a material listing error is suspected.

Shipping, cancellation, return, refund, damaged-order and address-correction rules are set out in our Store Policies. Those policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Products sold to consumers are covered by any legal warranties and mandatory protections that apply under Quebec and Canadian law. Nothing on this website, including condition descriptions or vintage disclaimers, removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, misuse checkout systems or use Maison JM content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Maison JM name, original photographs, writing, graphics, product descriptions and website content belong to Maison JM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without written permission.

If you submit a review, image or other content, it must be truthful, lawful and based on your genuine experience. You confirm that you have the right to share it and permit Maison JM to display it in connection with the shop. We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the purchase experience.
